5. Why join us?
- We have a large number of teams covering all levels and priorities so there really is something for everyone - we have 7 Men's, 4 Women's and 2 Junior teams playing on a Saturday, many junior age group teams from under 12 to under 18, along with a midweek and occasional weekend Veterans team, and two mixed teams.
- We play at a state of the art hockey centre, with two international standard water based astroturf pitches that are the best hockey facilities in the area
- We take safeguarding very seriously, we have Clubmark accreditation and all our senior coaches and our photographer have successfully passed DBS checks
- We have a long and illustrious history, are well established and well known
- If you want to play hockey at the highest level you can, our coaching offering, which follows England hockey guidelines will give you the opportunity to develop
- We are fully inclusive; anyone and everyone is welcome; we can even provide you with temporary kit if you are just starting out, or getting back to hockey
- We run 'Back to hockey' sessions so if you are someone who used to play and want to have a go again then you can join these - any standard is welcome, and you don't need any special kit, just sports gear, and we even have sticks we can lend you
